Cases of traffic accidents, killings, robberies, rapes, kidnappings, etc., are the evils that plague the province of North Kivu on a daily basis.

A fuel dealer in other words called Gaddafi lost his life on the morning of Wednesday 5 April 2023 at around 6 o’clock on the road one kilometre from the place commonly called “two lamps” in the town of Goma while he was serving fuel in a public transport bus. It was at this moment that a passing car came and hit him and the victim died on the spot.

It should be noted that the car that committed this crime fled, but unfortunately was pursued and stopped by motorcyclists towards the Mutinga roundabout in the city of Goma in the province of North Kivu.
