It reported that 2022 Salary disparities among teacher have led to delay of salary for the month of August in Secondary school space.

Tiberius Pacutho the UNATO chairman Pakwach District said that teachers in the secondary space have not received their salaries for the months of August but got salary for the month of September and he attributed the delay to the increment of salary for science teachers.

Teacher’s salary was not in the budget.

Christine Acayo the Pakwach District Education Officer said that delay did not affect only Pakwach District but also other district.

However she said the money has come and all teachers will be paid.
